Since it was established in 2001, nextpractice has repeatedly carried out surveys whose results have been made publicly available. In the process, current topics from the fields of economics and society are taken up. At the centre of cognitive interest is the desire to collate the underlying value patterns of customer and citizen assessment behaviour.
