A further development of nextexpertizer in cooperation with the GTZ

The program system e-VAL was developed on the basis of nextexpertizer in cooperation with the Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ) to incorporate special GTZ requirements.
e-VAL is deployed globally to monitor the impact of developmental cooperation projects.
